Terms of Service

Welcome to Saventra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or engaging Saventra's services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Saventra provides medical bill advocacy and educational guidance designed to help individuals better understand medical bills, identify potential billing issues, and explore opportunities to reduce healthcare costs.

Our services may include:

  • Medical bill reviews

  • Explanation of medical billing documents

  • Identification of potential billing concerns

  • Assistance with medical billing negotiations

  • General education about healthcare billing

Every situation is different, and results cannot be guaranteed.

Free Assessment

Saventra offers a free 10-minute assessment to help determine whether our services may be appropriate for your situation.

The assessment is provided without obligation and does not guarantee that Saventra will accept your case.

Eligibility

At this time, Saventra generally reviews medical bills totaling $1,000 or more. We may decline cases that fall below this threshold or are otherwise outside the scope of our services.

We reserve the right to decline any case at our discretion.

Fees

Review fees are due before work begins.

If Saventra successfully helps reduce your medical bill, a success fee equal to the agreed percentage of documented savings will apply as described in your service agreement.

Specific pricing is available on our Pricing page and may change over time.

No Guaranteed Results

Medical billing outcomes depend on many factors outside Saventra's control.

Although we work diligently on every case, we cannot guarantee:

  • A reduction in your medical bills

  • Successful negotiations

  • Insurance claim approvals

  • Any specific financial outcome

Past results do not guarantee future results.
